Typically, all deliveries are dispatched between 24-48 hours once you’ve ordered. However during busy sale periods, this will take longer. PLEASE allow up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS, while we sort through sales racks and get your items to you safely.

We use Australia Post for all orders within Australian, offering a flat rate of $9.95 for standard and $14.95 for express shipping. Once you’ve placed your order, it will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 24-48 hours, so get ready to make space in your wardrobe. Express orders will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 1pm EST.
This excludes weekends, public holidays, or pre-order items.
Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 1-7 working days via standard shipping. Express Shipping will have your order delivered in 1-3 working days. If your order doesn’t arrive in this time frame, use your tracking number to check with your local post office. They may have left a delivery notice in your letterbox, too. If your order is still a no-show, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you track it down.
Melbourne and VIC: 3-4Business days (1-2 days express)
Perth and WA: 5 -7 Business days (2-3 days express)
Tasmania: 2-5Business days (2-3 days express)
For your own protection, our arrangement with Australia Post is signature required. If you opt for safe drop, this means you understand and accept any risk or responsibility over the parcel.
All International Deliveries
All international orders begin their journey with DHL or Australia Post. Once your order reaches your country, it will then be delivered by your local postal service. International deliveries have a flat rate of AUD$14.95.
Once it’s left Australia, your order needs to go through customs before it can get to you. This can cause delays beyond delivery estimates, and unfortunately it is out of our control. Some orders will be subject to duties and taxes, which you’ll be notified and requested to pay. Once this payment is cleared, your order will be released for delivery and back on route to your mailbox. You can chat with your local customs office if you have further questions regarding taxes and duties.
Some destinations may take longer than others, but hang tight; your HYPE. order is coming for you.
For New Zealand orders, we fly with DHL or Australia Post, offering a flat shipping rate of AUS$9.95. It will take 5-10 business days to arrive once you’ve placed your order. New Zealand’s custom’s threshold is NZD$225 for clothing and fashion foods, so orders over this value are subject to duties and taxes.
USA & INTERNATIONAL:
For those of you in the USA, we ship with DHL at a flat rate of AUS$14.95. Your order will take 10-20 business days from date of dispatch depending on your address.
Sale Period Deliveries
Typically, all deliveries are dispatched between 24-48 hours once you’ve ordered. However, during busy sale periods, this may take longer. Best to allow up to 5 business days, while we sort through sales racks and get your items to you safely.
If you’ve ordered something in advance, you should expect to receive it on the estimated delivery date initially provided. That said, we don’t always know what the postman is up to or if there has been manufacturing issues, so we can’t promise the exact date.
You’ll be charged at the time you checked out. If for whatever reason your order can’t be completed, like if there’s less stock than we thought, a manufacturing error or a unicorn stained all our pants with its tears, your order will be cancelled and you’ll get a full refund.
Once we dispatch your order, it’s in the safe hands of the shipping companies. We don’t take legal responsibility if your order gets lost or damaged on the way. If something’s wrong, there’s visible damage, or your order has been tampered with, tell your delivery guy when it arrives or talk to your shipping company straight away.
An Undeliverable Order
If your order can’t get delivered or doesn’t get picked up from the post office, it will be returned to Hype. Maybe the address had a typo, or your dog did too good a job of guarding. If you’re empty-handed, email us at email@example.com and we’ll post your order again, but you’ll need to pay for shipping. Avoid this: get down to your post office before it’s too late.
Lost in transit
If your order didn’t arrive at all, tell Australia Post pronto. Give them your tracking number, so they can record the incident and do something about it. Like, find your goodies.
Sometimes things are out of our control. Like company strikes, natural disasters, Brad and Angelina breaking up. We don’t accept responsibility for your delayed order when these tragic events happen.
